RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

🔄 Our Policy

We want you to love your order! As many of our items are made to order or custom‑printed, returns and exchanges are handled as follows:
 

✅ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

• We cover return postage in these cases.
   

❌ Non‑Returnable Items

Under UK consumer regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised items made to your specifications

• Items that are perishable or hygiene‑sealed once opened

• Sale items (unless faulty)
   

⏱️ Change of Mind

For non‑custom items (standard designs):

• You may return within 14 working days of delivery, unused and in original condition/packaging.

• You are responsible for return postage costs.

• Refunds will be issued once the item is received and checked.

2. We’ll send you return instructions.

3. Send back securely tracked if possible.
