1. Colour Disclaimer
Colours shown on screens may differ slightly from printed colours. By placing an order, you accept that small colour variations can occur.
2. Design Proofs & Approval
• All personalised items receive a mock‑up preview before printing.
• We only print once the customer has approved the design, your order must be approved within 24 hrs, otherwise your order will be despatched even if it is incorrect.
• Once approved, the design cannot be changed.
3. Spelling, Names & Personalisation
We print items exactly as the customer provides.
Any spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or wrong details supplied by the customer are not our responsibility.
4. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
• No refunds on personalised items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been made or printed.
• Items requiring a deposit are non‑refundable.
• Customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or broken.
• Photo evidence may be required.
5. Postage & Delivery
• All orders are sent 2nd Class as standard unless stated otherwise.
• We always aim for next‑day dispatch, but please allow 3–5 working days before messaging us about your order.
• Delivery times may vary due to Royal Mail delays, strikes, or seasonal demand.
• We are not responsible for delays once the item has been posted.
6. Order Information
• Customers must provide their full name and correct details when ordering.
• If ordering via Facebook, please include your Facebook name so we can match your order correctly.
7. Artwork & Licensing
• Some designs are created by us, purchased from licensed creators, or sourced from platforms we hold commercial licences for.
• Preview images may contain watermarks to protect artwork.
8. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer agrees to:
• Check all spellings, colours, and details before approving the mock‑up.
• Ensure their delivery address is correct.
• Understand that personalised items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Refund Policy
At Emporium of Art n Craft, we take pride in creating personalised and handmade items with care and attention to detail.
Due to the customised nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Please ensure all personalised details, spelling, colours and design choices are checked carefully before confirming your order, as personalised items cannot be remade due to customer errors.
Workshop and class bookings are non-refundable, however if sufficient notice is given, we may offer a transfer to another session where possible.
