• All orders are sent 2nd Class as standard unless stated otherwise.

• We always aim for next‑day dispatch, but please allow 3–5 working days before messaging us about your order.

• Delivery times may vary due to Royal Mail delays, strikes, or seasonal demand.

• We are not responsible for delays once the item has been posted.

Process Time and Delivery or collect explained

1. Processing Time All personalised items are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 working days for production before dispatch.

2. Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days via Royal Mail or courier.
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available for selected items).
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination; customs delays may occur.

3. Packaging Each item is securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

4. Tracking Information Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

5. Delays & Issues If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us — we’ll help resolve it promptly.

6. Returns for Shipping Errors If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to shipping, we’ll replace or refund it immediately.

7. Address Accuracy Please double‑check your delivery address before checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

8. Local Collection (Optional) If you offer pickup from Lincoln, UK, mention it here — e.g., “Local collection available by appointment.”

ℹ️ Important Details

All orders are fully tracked: You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched
Custom orders: Please allow an extra 1–2 working days for your item to be created before it is posted
Customs & import fees: For all orders outside the UK, your parcel will have full legal customs declarations. Any local VAT, duty or customs charges are set by your own country – these are not included in our shipping price and are the buyer’s responsibility
